摘要
设计了一种应用于等离子体增强电化学表面陶瓷化技术(PECC)的双向电流方波脉冲电源。对电源的主电路结构及工作原理进行了详细的分析。并且针对其独特的负载特性,在设计电流闭环控制电路的同时,还设计了电压环控制电路。样机实验结果表明,基本上达到了电源设计的要求,满足了PECC技术的需要。
This paper designs a bidirectional current square pulse power supply, which is used in the plasma enhanced electrochemical surface ceramic - coating technology. It analyses the main circuit structure and principle of the power supply in detail. Due to the particular load characteristic, both the current loop and voltage loop control circuits are devised. A special power supply has been produced, it satisfies the requirement of new performances of PECC technology.
