摘要
以水为介质,丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料合成了丙烯酸(AA)/丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)共聚物阻垢分散剂,探讨了单体配比、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对共聚物阻垢性能的影响,得出了最佳合成条件,并采用静态阻垢法评价了共聚物的阻垢性能,结果表明该共聚物不仅具有良好的阻垢性能,而且对氧化铁有很好的分散性。
The scale inhibitor and dispersion agent, low molecular AA/AMPS copolymer is synthesized in water solvent by using acrylic acid (AA), 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate. The effects of molar radio of monomer, mass concentration of initiator, reaction temperature and time on scale inhibition capacity of copolymer are discussed. The optical operating conditions was determined. The copolymer inhibitor obtained is evaluated for various inorganic salts precipitates. It is shown that this copolymer is effective on inhibition capacity and dispersing ability to ferric oxide.
