关川河流域水土保持综合治理工程初见成效 被引量:1

A Preliminary Benefit of the World Bank Soil Conservation Project in Guanchuan Watershed

摘要 甘肃省定西县关川河流域治理第一期工程,面积1980.51km^2,计划工期六年,是我国较早利用世界银行贷款进行大面积水土保持综合治理的项目之一。经过五年的实施,新增治理面积696km^2,占工程计划的91.1%,连同原有治理面积,治理度已达68%,人均基本农田达3.1亩,林草用地由18.5%提高到38.1%,土壤流失量减少47.2%,并基本实现村村通车、通电,促进了农村经济发展,人均产粮由291kg增加到386kg,人均收入由223元提高到417元。在项目实施的组织领导、技术管理等方面,为大面积卓有成效地开展综合治理提供了经验。 This project, one of the first World Bank soil conservation projects, is a part of the soil conservation pro-gram of Guanchuan watershed in Dingxi Prefecture, Gansu Province, and was planned to be fulfilled in 6 years. By the end of the fifth year soil erosion on an area of 696 km2 has been controlled, that accounts for 91. 1% of the planned project area; the basic farmland per capita has increased to 3. 1 mu; the forest-grass land has increased from 18. 5% to 38. 1% of the total land area; the soil loss has decreased by 47. 2%; the access and electricity supply has become available almost to every village; the grain output per capita from 291kg to 386kg , and the income per capita from 223 yuan to 403 yuan. A good experience has been obtained in aspect of project and technical management, that will be very helpfull for comprehensive control of soil erosion.
