摘要
针对装用SW 160型转向架的客车进行动力学性能分析计算,重点分析运行平稳性。分别进行了空气弹簧节流孔直径尺寸、二系悬挂横向刚度值、二系悬挂横向阻尼系数值等不同参数的优化分析工作。通过改变这些悬挂参数并与原型参数结果进行对比,找出优选方案,提出改善车辆运行性能的办法。对计算结果与振动试验台试验结果进行对比分析,以验证变化规律的一致性。
The dynamics performance analysis and calculation are made of the passenger cars equipped with SW-160 bogie with the focus on running stability. The optimization analysis is made in areas of air spring check-hole diameter, secondary suspension lateral stiffness, and secondary suspension lateral attenuation coefficient value. Through changing these suspension parameters and the comparison with the original ones, an optimum solution is found and a method of improving the car running performance proposed. The calculation result and the vibration test stand test result are compared and analyzed to prove that the rule of change is similar.
