摘要
为了改善网带输送式热处理炉在工作过程中网带运行的平稳性,减小网带与鼓轮间的磨损,在确定了网带输送式热处理炉机械系统改进方案的基础上,对执行机构进行了尺度综合,给出了机构的主要尺寸参数。利用MATLAB软件对网带的位移、速度进行了计算,运动分析结果表明,改进后的执行机构满足了网带运行平稳性的要求。
In order to improve the running smoothness of mesh-belt and reduce the wear between mesh-belt and traction wheel, on the base of completing the design scheme of mechanical system in heat treatment furnace with mesh-belt conveyer, the dimension synthesis of the executive mechanism is accomplished and the main sizes of the mechanism are given. Displacement and velocity of the mesh-belt are calculated in the MATLAB environment. The results of kinematic analysis indicate that the improved executive mechanism can meet the running smoothness requirement of the mesh-belt.
