摘要
近几年来饭店的数量急剧增加 ,远远超出了需求的增长速度 ,这种供需失衡的情形是饭店业之间的竞争加剧 .为了在竞争中站稳脚跟 ,饭店经营管理一方面降低经营成本 ,提高经营效率 ,从企业内部挖潜 ;另一方面 ,为适应顾客多样化的需求 ,开拓创新 ,设计新的服务项目和产品种类 ,增加销售 .但无论那种竞争方式都要求饭店管理者分清本饭店提供的产品或服务对顾客和企业的价值 ,以及创造这种价值所耗费的资源 .传统的成本核算体系无法解决这方面的问题 .本文引进了先进的管理手段———作业成本法 ,并对其在饭店中的应用提出初步探讨 .
Hotels have being increasing so rapidly in recent years that supply exceed consumedly tourist's demand. In order to win through intensive competition,the hotel managers are seeking methods as rate cutting or diversification that make no use of traditional cost accounting.This article introduces the activity-basic-cost mode and makes an elementary study to use it in the hotel.
