骨质疏松发病机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 骨质疏松是绝经后妇女常见疾病 ,主要的发病机制是雌激素缺乏 ,雌激素受体激活受限 ,肠钙吸收下降 ,调控破骨细胞与成骨细胞生成的细胞因子网络系统发生改变 ,破骨细胞生成增多 ,其功能活跃 ,抑制成骨细胞的生成和功能。骨质疏松发病还与雌激素受体、维生素D受体、Ⅰ型胶原和转化因子 - β等基因多态性密切相关。本文就破骨细胞、成骨细胞、雌激素受体、基因多态性与骨质疏松发病机制的研究进展进行综述。
