摘要
目的 探讨视频脑电监测 (video -EEG)对癫痫术前定位的作用和意义。方法 对 4 2例难治性癫痫患者进行术前普通脑电图 (REEG)视频脑电图 (V -EEG)及术中皮质脑电图 (ECoG)进行比较研究。结果 长程视频脑电监测对癫痫诊断为 99 5 % ,癫痫灶的定位为 94 6 % ,显著高于常规脑电图 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To study the effect of VEEG monitoring on localization of epileptogenic focus before surgical therapy.Methods A comparative study was given to the routine EEG(REEG),VEEG and electrocorticogram(ECoG)recordings of 42 patients with intractable epilepsy.Results VEEG was more accurate than REEG in diagnosing epilepsy(P<0.01) and in localizing epileptogenic focus(P<0.01).Conclusions VEEG monitoring is of great significance in focus localization before surgical therapy.
