摘要
把博弈论的知识应用到企业薪酬管理中,通过建立一个两人零和博弈模型,分析企业薪酬管理中对不公平事件受益人在不同情况下应采取的最优策略,得出了不公平事件发生时,企业应该在何时检查和控制的一个定量标准,以减少不公平事件的发生,维护和激励员工的工作积极性。
Practicing the game theory into the enterprise reward management, the paper analyzes the benefactor's optimist choice facing different conditions in the unfair treatment of the enterprise reward management through a zero game mode.Through the analysis we conclude a quantificational criteria to check and modify the issue when the unfair treatment occurs. The conclusion is intended to maintain and stimulate the positivity of the employees through decreasing of the unfair treatment.
