摘要
基于e-制造哲理,提出了一种用"e-技术"改造现有CNC设备的新模型。基于Java方案,在CNC设备前端建立一个Web服务器,以集成一系列与硬件、制造过程以及质量控制等相关的应用服务,进而使e-化后的CNC设备能在制造任务排队与调度、工序动态质量控制、制造过程可视化和制造协同等方面提供服务,最终形成一个具有网络兼容能力、I/O透明的新型加工服务设备,为制造透明及"数字化精确生产"奠定基础。最后,以一个实例验证了所开发的原型系统。
Based on the philosophy of e-Manufacturing, a new model of e-formalizing the legacy CNC machine tools with e-Technology is put forward and studied. Based on Java solution, a web application server attached to the CNC machine tool is established and used as a portal that integrates a series of application services concerning hardware, manufacturing process and quality control,so that this e-formalized equipment can provide services in due aspects as manufacturing task sequencing and scheduling, dynamic process quality controlling, manufacturing actions visualizing and collaborating. Finally, a new type of CNC machine tool having the traits of network and I/O transparence is formalized. At last, a case study is given to demonstrate the above ideas.
