摘要
聚合硫(也称为不溶性硫磺)是硫原子的线性聚合体,其主要用途是作为优质橡胶硫化剂。通过对聚合硫分子结构和特性的分析,介绍了聚合硫的形成机理和生产方法等,其中比较详细地介绍了采用气化法、熔融法和接触法来生产聚合硫工艺过程。建议生产出具有高含量和高温稳定性的聚合硫产品应该是未来研究与开发的方向。
The poly-sulphur ,also called the insoluble sulphur (IS),is the linear polymer of sulphur ,and is mainly used as the top quality vuleanizing agent of the rubber.By analyzing its molecular structure and characteristics,the author describes its formation mechanism and production technologies.Evaporation,melting and contact technologies are especially introduced in detail.In the end,the suggestion is offered to study and develop the poly-sulphur in high-content and high-temperature stability.
