摘要
对4例人工感染出血症病兔的骨髓进行了超微结构的研究。电镜下,发现骨髓巨核细胞大部分发生变性坏死。在巨核细胞的核内和胞浆的界膜管道内出现病毒颗粒。通过本研究,作者认为兔出血症的出血机制,可能与病毒直接对骨髓巨核细胞的损伤,导致血小板的生成障碍有关。
Ultrastructural observations on the bone marrow samples of four rabbits artificially infected with viral hemorrhagic disease virus were made by electron microscopy. Massive marrow megalocaryocytes were found to be degenerative and necrotic. There were virions in nuclea-rs and limiting membrane tubes of the megalocaryocytes. The authors considered that the pathogenic mechnism of rabbit hemorrhagic disease was related to marrow megalocaryocyte lesions and blood platelet dyspoiesis directly caused by the virus.
