摘要
用PAT、IHA、HA、HI和AGP等方法对张掖地区5县(市)和地区种鸡场的鸡病进行了血清学调查,阳性率为:新城疫69.03％(457/662),衣原体病27.68％(178/643),白痢33.60 ％(208/619)。禽结核46.97％(302/643),支原体病53.85％(357/663),马立克氏病6.26％(46/732),传染性喉气管炎2.73％(20/732),禽霍乱5.60％(41/732),传染性法氏囊病0％(0/745)。其中衣原体病、传染性喉气管炎、禽结核为新传入该地区的传染病。
Using PAT, IHA, HA, HI and AGP methods, infectious diseases affecting chicken were investigated serologically on chicken farms in five counties/citie of Zhangye region.These results showed that newcastle disease positive rate was 69.03%, chlamydiosis 27.68%, avian salm-onellosis 33.6%, avian tuberculosis 46.97%, mycoplasmosis 53.85%, Marek's disease 6.26%, avian infectious laryngotracheitis 2.73%, chicken cholera 5.60% and IBD 0%.
