摘要
用扫描电镜观察了分别属于扇头蜱属、牛蜱属、血蜱属、革蜱属和璃眼蜱属的镰形扇头蜱(Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides)、微小牛蜱(Boo-philus microplus)、西藏血蜱(Haemaphysalis tibetensis)、微形血蜱(H.wellingtoni)、青海血蜱(H.qinghaiensis)、草原革蜱(Dermace-ntor nuttalli)、银盾革蜱(D.niveus)、麻点璃眼蜱(Hyalomma ruf-ipes)、亚东璃眼蜱(H.asiaticum)等9种硬蜱成虫的哈氏器。在这5个属间,哈氏器在囊孔形状、前窝的形状和深浅、感毛的数目、孔毛的位置和形状及长短、锥毛的位置、基盘的数目、远端毛的数目和位置上存在着区别。在同一属内,哈氏器结构也存在着区别。西藏血蜱、微形血蜱、青海血蜱的哈氏器在前窝形状、孔毛的长短和形状以及位置、锥毛的位置、远端毛的位置和数目上存在着区别。草原革蜱和银盾革蜱的哈氏器在前窝形状和深浅上存在着区别。麻点璃眼蜱和亚东璃眼蜱的哈氏器在锥毛的位置上存在着区别。
The Haller's organs of 9 species of adult ixodeses, Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides, Boo-philus microplus, Haemaphysalis tibetensis, H. wellingtoni, H.qinghaiensis, Dermacentor nutt-alli, D.niveus, Hyalomma rufipes,H.asiaticum were observed by scanning electron-microscopy. Comparing their morphological features, it was found that the Haller's organs of various gen-uses of Ixodes spp or of various species of a same genus Ixodes sp are all different from each other.
