人工心泵与循环系统模拟装置的非线性电路模型

摘要 目前的循环系统电路模型,由于心脏瓣膜的非线性阻抗特性,收缩期与舒张期要用不同的电路,而瓣膜阻抗从收缩期到舒张期的变化的过渡过程则被忽略了。本文用一个非线性函数描述瓣膜阻抗的时变特性,使得循环系统可以在整个搏动周期内用统一的电路模型描述。对一个模拟循环系统,用此电路模型可以从泵的驱动压用数值计算方法算出泵输出流量和模拟动脉压力波形。将此计算结果与实验测得的相应波形比较,可知瓣膜阻抗变化的过渡过程对系统的行为有明显影响,而本文得出的电路模型可以以令人满意的精度描述此模拟循环系统。 <ABSTRACT> Since the nonlinearity of the resistance of the valve in the heart, the circulatory system was customarily represented by two different electrical models respectively in the systolic and diastolic phase,and the variation process of the valve resistance from one phase to another was entirely neglected. ln this paper, the valve resistance was described as a nonlinear function of time, so the circulatory system can be represented by a single electrical model in the whole pulse cycle. Based on this model, we can estimate the output flow of the blood pump and the aortic pressure in a mock circula- tory system from the driving pressure on the pump in the way of numeri- cal calculation. Comparing the results of the calculation with the experim- entally measured results, it is verified that the transient process of the valve resistance is important to the behaviour of the system and this elec- trical model has a satisfactory accuracy.
