摘要
本文报道由漆酚甲醛缩聚物和三氯化铁制备漆酚缩甲醛铁黑推光漆的方法及其漆膜性能。实验结果表明,漆酚缩甲醛铁黑推光漆的生成,以及呈现黑色的原因,是由于漆酚甲醛缩聚物分子中的漆酚结构单元上的酚羟基与 Fe(Ⅲ)发生配合作用的结果。该漆具有传统黑推光漆和漆酚缩甲醛清漆的优点,很有实用价值。
This paper reports the synthetic method and characteristics of a new type of black polished lacquer (Ⅰ)which was obtained by reaction of urushiol-formaldehyde varnish(Ⅱ)and FeCl_3.It was showed by experi- ments that(Ⅰ)and its black color resulted from the coordination of urushiol hydroxyl group and Fe(Ⅲ).In addition its film has as excellent synthetical physical and chemical properties as both(Ⅱ)and the traditional black polished lacquer.
