摘要
采用 Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机测定了3种铝合金高温下的流动应力,分析了变形速率、变形程度及变形温度对流动应力的影响,提出了拟合精度较高的流动应力数学模型。
The high temperature flowing stress curves of three alloys are experirnentally determined with a Gleeble-1500 simulator.The influence of deformation velocity,deformation extent and deformation temperature on the flowing stress is analyzed.A mathematical model with high fitting accuracy for calculating the high temperature flowing stress of the aluminum alloys is proposed.
