摘要
采用TG-DTG-DTA(热重-微分热重-差热)热分析联用技术研究了新集选煤二厂煤泥浆的燃烧特性.考察了不同浓度煤泥浆的着火温度、燃烧速率最大时温度、燃尽温度和最大燃烧速率等;计算了煤泥浆燃烧动力学参数以及燃烧特性的各种参数,并对结果进行了分析;提出采用温度曲线确定煤泥浆着火温度的方法.结果表明,不同浓度的煤泥浆在燃烧特性上有差别,浓度为67%左右的煤泥浆的燃烧特性较好;采用热分析技术研究煤泥浆的燃烧特性得到的信息量大,可为煤泥浆的优化燃烧及锅炉的设计提供依据.
The TG-DTG-DTA thermal analysis technology is applied to study the combustibility of slime from Xinji coal preparation plant.The ignition temperature, and the temperature at which burning velocity reaches the highest, and the highest burning velocity etc.are investigated.Kinetic parameters and combustibility parameters are calculated,and defining the ignition temperature using temperature curve is presented.It shows that slime of different concentration have difference in combustibility.Combustibility of slime which concentration is about 67% is better than others.Lots of datum of combustibility can be obtained using thermal analysis technology.It can be used for improving burning methods of slime and designing boiler.
