Preparation of Environmental Friendly Waterborne Coating

摘要 以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用混合乳化剂,将水溶性高分子聚合物聚乙烯醇和疏水性的聚苯乙烯共混制成耐擦洗、价廉的环保型水性涂料。考察了溶剂、乳化剂、水油共混比等因素对基料乳液稳定性的影响。确定了环保型水性涂料的较佳配方。产品中不含苯、甲苯及游离甲醛,VOC含量为69g/L。 Utilizing acetidin as solvent and adopting a mixed emulsifier, a kind of environmental frieudly, anti-erasure and cheap waterborne coating was prepared by mixing water soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and hydrophobic polystryene (PS). Factors affecting the emulsion stability, such as solvent, emulsifier and the mixing ratio of water-oil, were studied. The formula of a better environmental friendly waterborne coating was obtained. Venenous compounds such as benzene, toluene and dissociative formaldehyde do not exist in the product and the amount of volatile organic compound (VOC) is 69 g/L.
