摘要
本文报告27例Arnold—Chiari畸形,其中26例伴有脊髓积水症。临床上,这类患者常有枕大孔区受压和脊髓积水症等引起的症状。认为磁共振成像诊断Arnold—Chiari畸形具有安全、无痛、直观和全面等优点。简要讨论了本病的手术指征、方法和注意事项。
In this report,we present 27 cases with Arnold-Chiari malformation,accompanying hy-dromyelia in 26 cases.Clinically,the symptoms is caused by compression of formaen magnum region and hydromyelia frequently appeanes in these pa- tients.It was shown that MR imaging diagnosis of Arnold-Chiari malformation had merits such as safety,painlessness,anatomically truthful visualization ,comprehensiveness and so on.The indication,techniques and attention of the operation in this disease were briefly discussed also.
