摘要
我们用放射免疫法测定了22例PD患者CSF中ρ—EP和AVP的含量,以40例无神经系统疾病外科病患者作为对照。结果表明,PD患者CSF中β—EP和AVP的含量均显著低于对照组(均P<0.02)。溴隐亭治疗后,两种肽的含量有升高趋势。提示β—EP与AVP在CSF中含量变化与PD发病有密切关系。
The concentrations of beta-endorph-in (beta-EP) and arginine vasopressin (AVP) in the CSF of patients with Parkinson's disease and the subjects without nervous disorders (the control) were determined by radioimmunoassay.The contents of beta-EP and AVP were 44% and 39% lower than the controls (P< 0.02,P<0.02),respectively.There was an upward tendency of the two peptides in CSF after the patients were treated with bromocriptine.It was suggested that the changes in contents of beta-EP and AVP seem to play an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson,s di-sease.
