摘要
为了搞清蜥蜴和蟾蜍肺微血管构筑的特征与差异,利用扫描电镜对密点麻蜥(Eremiasmultiocellata)和花背蟾蜍(BuforaddeiStrauch)的肺微血管做了铸型观察.结果表明,密点麻蜥肺内壁上有许多网状隔膜、次级隔膜和三级隔膜,将其肺壁内表面分隔成许多囊状室、小室、亚小室.花背蟾蜍肺内壁上仅有网状隔膜和次级隔膜而没有三级隔膜,将其肺壁内表面分隔成许多小室和亚小室,花背蟾蜍肺内壁上的网状隔膜比密点麻蜥明显稀少.在肺泡壁和各级隔膜上均有丰富的毛细血管相互吻合成单层密集网.密点麻蜥和花背蟾蜍肺泡毛细血管直径分别为7 0~12 5μm和11 5~15 5μm,毛细血管间的网眼孔径分别是5~17μm和9~21μm.
In order to find out the characteristics and the difference of the pulmonary microvascular architectures of the lizard and the toad, the microvasculatures of the lungs of the Eremias multiocellata and Bufo raddei Strauch were studied by scanning electron microscopy using corrosion casts. There are many reticular, secondary and third septa on the inner surfaces of the lung walls of the Eremias multiocellata, which separate the inner surfaces of the lung walls into a lot of sac, small and subordinate small rooms. Only reticular and secondary septa presents on the inner surfaces of the lung walls of the Bufo raddei Strauch, so that the inner surfaces of the lung walls are separated into many small and subordinate small rooms. The reticular septa on the inner surface of the lung walls are obviously sparser in the Bufo raddei Strauch than in the Eremias multiocellata. Plenty of capillaries are found in every kind of septa and walls of the pulmonary alveoli of the animals, which anastomose with each other and form a single layer of dense network. The diameters of the alveolar capillaries in the Eremias multiocellata and Bufo raddei Strauch are 7.0~12.5 μm,and 11.5~15.5 μm and the diameters of their mesh are 5~17 μm and 9~21 μm respectively.
