本文分析了公共图书馆应着力于基本职能发挥的原因及其与服务于经济建设的关系 。
This thesis analyses the causes why public libraries should concentrate on performing their basic functions and its relationship with their service for economic construction.The thesis also points out the ways of public libraries in performing their basic functions.
