The principal tasks in building a well-off society in an all-round way include such aspects as planning the urban and rural economic development, developing modern agriculture and rural economy, and increasing farmers' income. Since finance plays a key role in modern economy, the urgent matter for us is to establish a rural financial system in conformity with the objective law of rural economic development.
