摘要
广西石灰岩资源十分丰富,具有分布广、质量好、储量大的特点,是广西最重要的优势矿产之一。它主要形成于晚古生代,累计厚度达20500m,已知矿产地76处,探明各级储量达30亿吨。石灰岩不仅在工农业生产中用途广泛,近年来在岩溶地貌景观区开展旅游业也取得巨大经济效益。本文简要介绍了广西石灰岩产出地质条件、资源概况及其开发利用现状,以供同行参考。
The limestone in sedimentary rocks in Guangxi is well developed, with large reserves, and good quality, and easily mined and fo wide use. So that it has noticeable economic benefits Can be exploited in future. It is one of superior mineral resources in Guangxi. It up to 20 thousand meters in thickness, was mainly formed in the plate developed phase during the Late Palaeozoic. 76 mineral deposits have been prospected. Their reserves are over a few hundred million tons. Karst topography is well developed in Guangxi, because it is situated in the subtropics with high temperature and abundant precipitation.The scenery from Guilin to Yangshou is well-known both abroad and at home. Ther are many caves for tourism, archaeology and exhibition in Guangxi. Income of tourist industry in Guilin City is over a few thousand million dollars(RMB). Limestone has many uses,e.g.it Can be used in the manufacture of cement, as flux raw material for metallurgy, and raw materials in chemical industry, light industry, construction industry as well as mineral feed additive to livestock and fowl. The annual income is more one hundred million dollars (RMB).
