摘要
研究了当应力转换时间是随机变量的情况下的简单步加寿命试验.给出了依赖于边缘分布的极大似然估计、矩估计及区间估计;并且利用应力转换时间是低应力下的次序统计量的信息,给出了试验的最优设计.文中还给出了估计的数值结果.
The step-tress life-testing with random stress-change times under exponential distibution is studied when the samples are censored.The model of test was set up and given the maximum likelihood estimates,(moment) estimates,s-confidence interval estimates for model parameters.Those estimates are proved optimum by using numerical method.
