摘要 目的 观察胎儿腮腺内瘦素和瘦素受体的表达、分布及发育规律。方法 HE染色法和免疫组化SABC法。结果 胎儿腮腺纹状管、小叶间导管上皮细胞呈瘦素及瘦素受体免疫反应阳性 ,免疫反应产物分布于导管上皮细胞胞质内 ,细胞核呈阴性反应。在胚胎发育的不同阶段 ,免疫反应强度亦不等。结论 胎儿腮腺内有瘦素和瘦素受体表达 ,可能参与调节胎儿腮腺和胃肠的发育及功能活动。 Objective To study the expression,distribution and development regularity of leptin and its receptor in the fetal parotid gland. Methods HE staining and immunohistochemical SABC methods were used. Results The epithelial cells of striated and interlobular ducts showed leptin and its receptor immunoreactivity. The immunocomplexes distributed in the epithelial cytoplasm of the ducts. Nuclei were negative. The immunoreactive intensity was unequal at different embryonic stages of fetal parotid gland. Conclusion Leptin and its receptor was present in fetal parotid gland, which may be involved in the fetal parotid gland and gastrointestinal development and the functional regulation.
