钱存训在中、美图书馆界长期工作。抗日战争初保护国家典籍有功。1 94 7年赴美后为建设东亚图书馆作出很大贡献。著作颇丰 ,在图书史。
Mr.Qian Cunxun has worked in the Chinese and American library circles for a long time.He had performed meritorious service for protecting the national ancient books and records in the early period of the War of Resistance Against Japan.He contributed to the construction of Dongya Library in USA after 1947.He has written many books and researches deeply on the history of books and print.
