摘要
以安徽岳西的大别山五针松为试材,通过显微观察测定株内不同高度的纤维长度、纤维宽度以及树脂道径向直径、树脂道弦向直径、管胞弦向直径、管胞胞壁厚度等解剖特征,研究大别山五针松木材解剖特征的变异规律。结果表明:(1)大别山五针松木材纤维长度、纤维宽度的变异趋势自髓心向外呈现陡增和陡降之后,逐渐趋于稳定;(2)大别山五针松木材树脂道平均径向直径为98 7μm,树脂道平均弦向直径为94 7μm,树脂道在横切面上的形状大致为弦向稍凹、径向略鼓凸的椭圆;(3)大别山五针松木材管胞平均弦向直径为26 1μm,管胞平均胞壁厚度为3 2μm,属于细中等级木材解剖分子。
With the help of anatomical observation, the fiber length and width, radical and tangential diameter of resin canal, tangential diameter of tracheid and its wall thickness of the different heights in Pinus dabeshanensis were measured.The results were as follows:(1) The variation trend of fiber length and width increased at the beginning and decreased largely later, then grew stationary. (2) The average of resin canal radical and tangential diameter was 98.7 μm and 94.7 μm accordingly,and it was slightly convex and oval in the tangential and radical direction in the cross section.(3)The average tangential diameter of resin canal and its wall thickness was 26.1 μm and 3.2 μm,respectively,so it belongs to medium fine texture element.
