摘要 采用Reimer Tiemann反应合成杂环醛是一种简便易行的方法,在相转移催化剂AOT(2 乙基己基磺酸基琥珀酸钠)存在下,8 羟基喹啉通过Reimer Tiemann反应制备8 羟基喹啉 7 醛,该方法操作简单,收率较高且稳定,尚未见文献报道。 The Reimer-Tiemann reaction is a convient and economical method for the synthesis of heteroaldehyde. The 8-hydroxyquinoline-7-carboxaldehyde was synthesized by 8-hydroxyquinoline through Reimer-Tiemann reaction in the presence of the phase-transfer catalyst AOT. The yield is high and stable.
