摘要
本文从供给和需求的角度对我国商业银行资产证券化进行了分析,并进一步提出了在我国银行业大规模开展资产证券化时机还不成熟,应先进行试点探索,同时应注意几个问题:1.深化金融体制改革,大力发展债券市场;2.不断提高中介机构的服务质量;3.证券化应立法先行。
On the angle of demand and supply,analyzing Asset-backed Securities of business bank in our country, the paper has proposed further that there is no developing opportunity of Asset-backed Securities on a large scale in our country's banks. A suggestion is put forward on probing Asset-backed Securities in some experimental units. At the same time, we should pay attention to some problems: 1. Deepen business banks system reform and develop bond market energetically; 2.Improve the service quality of the intermediary organization constantly; 3.The Asset-backed Securities should legislate to go ahead of the rest.
