摘要
主体性是全面发展的人的根本特征。高校学生工作集教育、管理、指导、服务功能于一体 ,必须正确认识并牢固树立“以学生为主体”的工作理念。本文分析了“以学生为主体”的学生工作特点 ,提出了“以学生为主体”的学生工作思路。
Student affairs administration in universities and colleges integrates the functions of education, management, guidance and service into a whole and, therefore, the concept of student-based orientation should be maintained. This paper analyzes the characteristic features of student affairs in institutions of higher learning in China and advocates student-based orientation as a guiding principle in student affairs administration.
