摘要
我国的土地征用制度是在计划经济体制下形成的 ,存在着许多弊端 ,既降低了土地配置效率 ,又影响了社会稳定。因此 ,急需改革和完善。本文对土地征用范围、土地补偿标准、农民安置中存在的问题进行了分析 ,并提出了可行的解决方案。
Many defects exist in China's land requisition system, which was established in the planned economy system. It decreases the efficiency in land allocation and affects stability of the society. It is urgent to reform or perfect this system. This paper analyzes the problems in the categories of land that can be requisitioned, the standards for land requisition and the resettlement of the local farmers, and puts forward some feasible approaches for their solution.
