摘要
目的 探讨急性化脓性骨髓炎的影像学特点及在临床诊断中的价值。方法 分析 2 5例急性化脓性骨髓炎的临床资料 ,总结X线平片、CT及MRI的影像学检查主要征象。结果 急性化脓性骨髓炎在X线平片、CT及MRI检查中 ,均有特异性的软组织、骨膜及骨的改变 ,对该病早期诊断和评价临床疗效及判定预后均有较大参考价值。结论 X线平片。
Objective To discuss the screenage assessment and clinical significance on acute pyogenic osteomyelitis. Methods The X-ray, CT abd MRI of 25 cases of such patient were analyzed. Results The specific changes of soft tissue, bone membrane and bone could been seen on X-ray, CT and MRI. Conclusion The screenage detection could be helpful to make early diagnosis, assessment clinical effect and its prognosis of acute pyogenic osteomyelitis.
