摘要
刺灸方法正确与否 ,对于保证针灸安全和疗效 ,至关重要。但是 ,目前在阐述穴位刺灸法时 ,大多没有阐明穴位的具体针刺方向及其与针刺深度的关系 ,不同针刺方向和深度的疗效差别 ,以及每一穴位的具体灸法等。不同的针刺角度 ,针感不同 ,则疗效也不同 ,应将主治与针刺角度结合起来介绍 ;不同的角度 ,其入针深度相同 ,但垂直深度不同 ,故应分别写明直刺和斜刺的具体尺寸 ;人有大小胖瘦 ,针刺深度用绝对尺寸表示 ,很不合理 ,而应改用同身寸来表示 ;灸法方法很多 ,一概言可灸或不可灸 ,不够具体 。
Whether the method of needling and moxibustion is right or not is very important to the safety and the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. But the present acupuncture and moxibustion science, in dealing with methods of needling and moxaing points, mostly does not elucidate the direction of needle insertion into a point and its relationship with the depth of needle insertion, the differences in curative effect between different directions and depths of needle insertion, and a detailed moxibustion method for each point. This article, through making a summary, proposes that different angles and needling sensations have different curative effects and principle indications should be combined with needling angle; a needle inserted from different angles to the same depth reaches different perpendicular depths and so the depths of perpendicular needling and oblique needling should be described separately; human figure is different and, therefore, using an absolute unit for a needling depth is unreasonable and a proportional unit of the body should be used; moxibustion has many methods, and only to say that moxibustion is advisable or inadvisable is not definite and a detailed moxibustion method shold be described.
