摘要
目的 观察蒲黄对兔试验性动脉粥样硬化 (AS)脂代谢及血管内皮损伤的影响。探讨蒲黄抗AS的可能作用机制。方法 通过建立兔试验性AS模型 ,观察蒲黄对AS兔模型的血脂和循环内皮细胞(CEC)变化的影响。结果 蒲黄对血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、血清总胆固醇 /高密度脂蛋白比值有显著降低作用 ,具有抗内皮细胞损伤作用。结论 蒲黄是通过降血脂、保护血管内皮而实现抗AS作用的。
Objective To observethe the influence of TyphaangustifoliaL on lipid metabolism and vascular endothelium cell injury of atherosclerotic rabbits.Methods To observe the changes of lipid and circulation endothelium cell of rabbit by establishing atherosclerotic rabbit model.Result TyphaangustifoliaL could significantly decrease the level of serum total cholesterol(TC),total glycerol(TG),low density lipid(LDL) and TC/HDL(high density lipid) and could resist injury of endothelium cell.Conclusion TyphaangustifoliaL prevented atherosclerosis by lowering blood lipid and protecting vascular endothelium.
