摘要 本文论述了工业锅炉求冷壁管外测腐蚀的普遍性.以引起热力工作者高度重视.作者多次深入工业锅炉的现场观察,发现它属于高温腐蚀的范畴.根据高温腐蚀的机理,认为高温腐蚀所需的三个条件,在工业锅炉中同样存在.为防止工业锅炉水冷壁管外侧的腐蚀,作者提出了“防止管内结垢、防止火焰冲刷管壁、加强燃烧词整和采用渗铝水冷壁管”等有效措施,对提高工业锅炉的安全性和延长使用寿命是十分有益的. This paper expou nds the generality of external corrosion on industrial boiler water-wall tubes so that thermodynamic workers can attach importance to the corrosion. Through a lot of observation the author has found this cor rosion is a high temperature corrosion, according to the mechanism of high temperature corrosion. The author considers that three conditions causing high temperature corrosion also exists in industrial boilers. In order to prevent the external corrosion on the industrial boiler water-wall tubes the author puts forward some effective measures. These measures are to prevent the inner of water tubes from accumulating filth, to prevent the flame from scouring the tubes and to intensify combustion adjustment and adopt lead [Pb] penetrated water-wall tubes. They are more advantageous to improving the industrial boiler security and prolonging its life.
