摘要
目的探讨PVS猫血液中多巴胺的变化及其意义。方法运用硬膜外水囊法制作猫脑外伤后PVS模型,用高效液相色谱测定PVS猫血液中多巴胺含量,并与正常对照组对比。结果PVS猫的血液中多巴胺含量(17.31±23.43)pg/ml较麻醉后多巴胺含量(95.34±20.36)pg/ml显著降低。结论多巴胺的减少可能是形成PVS猫的重要因素之一。
Objective:To study the changes and significance of dopamine(DA) in serum in the cats with persistent vegetative state(PVS). Method:Eqidural water sacs installation were carried out in cats, to measured the levels of DA in serum by high-performance-liquid-chromatography with electrical-chemical-detect(HPLC-ECD) in the cats with PVS and contrast to the controls. Result: The levels of DA in serum in the cats with PVS (17.31±23.43)pg/ml were obviously lower than that of control groups(95.34±20.36)pg/ml.
