摘要
目的 :本实验观察甲硝唑、氧氟沙星、甲硝唑和氧氟沙星联合用药对牙周病的疗效。方法 :选牙周病患者 1 1 6例随机分 3组 ,即甲硝唑组 (作为阳性对照组 )、氧氟沙星组、甲硝唑和氧氟沙星联合用药组 ,进行对照研究。结果 :氧氟沙星对牙周病治疗是有效的 ,与甲硝唑组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;甲硝唑和氧氟沙星联合用药组对牙周病的治疗收到满意疗效 ,与甲硝唑组比较 ,有差异显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :甲硝唑。
Objective:We observe the effects of metrohidazole,ofloxacin and associated metronidazole and ofloxacin on periodontal disease.Methods:116 patients of periodontal disease were randomly divided into 3 groups:Metrohidazole(control group),Ofloxacin,associated metronidazole and ofloxacin to study controlly.Results:Ofloxacin is a effective drug the same as metrohidazole when compared with the control group,it appears no difference(P>0.05).Associated metronidazole and ofloxacin have better effect when compared with the control group,it appears obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Metrohidazole and ofloxacin are effective on cureing periodontal disease,.the effect of associated metronidazole and ofloxacin is better.
