摘要
目的:综合分析影响医院管理者激励与约束作用的因素,将错综复杂的指标简单化。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,以问卷调查的形式,收集山东省18所二级医院相关方面的指标,应用主成分分析方法进行分析。结果:通过分析将可能影响医院管理者激励与约束作用的多个指标综合为8个主成分。结论:分析发现医院的工作效率、管理控制、经济效益、利益分配、市场机制、法律法规和国家政策及培训制度是影响医院管理者激励与约束作用的主要因素。
Objective To analysis the inspiring and restricting factors to the hospital administrators and make the complicated indexes simple.Methods 18 hospitals are randomly sampled by the method of the stratified sampling.Principal component analysis is used.Results With principal component analysis,the complex factors that affecting the hospital’s administrator have been colligate to 8 principal components.Conclusion This paper discovers that the efficiency,the management and control,the economic benefit,the distribution of profit,the market mechanism,laws and regulations,the national policy and training system are the inspiring and restricting factors to the hospital administrators.
