摘要
以大同市永和新荣水泥有限责任公司Φ1 .8× 7m球磨机为例 ,运用弹流理论分析了在正常工况条件下 ,球磨机齿轮传动的齿面润滑状态可实现变粘度弹流润滑 ,并进一步分析了润滑剂和润滑方式的选择是保证弹性流体动压油膜存在及厚度的主要因素。
With the example of Φ1.8×7m ball grinder in Yonghexinrong Cement Ltd, Co., the writers utilize elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication theory to anzlyze the lubricating state of gear teeth in which the viscosity can be changed into elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication. They continue to analyze the selection of lubricant and lubricating ways that is the main factors ensuring the film existence and its thickness.
