摘要
目的观察电热针治疗腰椎间盘突出的效果。方法治疗组采用电热针的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症135例,设对照组用单纯针刺的方法治疗。结果治疗组临床治愈47例,显效45例,有效32例。有效率为93.3%,治愈显效率为68.1%。两组有效率经Ridit分析,有显著差异(P<0.05),治愈显效率有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论电热针是治疗腰椎间盘突出的有效方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of electrical acupuncture on extruded disk. Method To treat 135 cases of extruded disk with electrical acupuncture in the treatment group, compared with the cases in the control group treated with acupuncture only. Result In the treatment group 47 cases were cured, 45 were obviously improved and 32 were improved. The effective rate was 93.3%. The curative and obvious effective rate was 68.1%. After Ridit test the difference of effective rate between the two groups was significant, and that of curative and obvious effective rate was more significant. Conclusion Electrical acupuncture is an effective therapy for extruded disk.
