摘要
儿童门诊手术室即为不住院患儿施行择期手术。 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 2 0 0 3年 8月小儿日间门诊共施行手术 5 965例。通过加强院内感染、安全意识、安全措施 3方面的规范化管理 ,切实做好“五防” ,即防止接错患儿 ,防止患儿坠床 ,防止手术部位错误 ,防止用药错误 ,防止缝合针和纱布遗留在体腔内 ,更好地杜绝了各种意外的发生 ,保证所有患儿围手术期的安全 ,避免因手术小、工作量大而产生麻痹大意思想。
Out-patient surgical operation means to do selective operation for children who do not stay at hospital. From August 2001 to August 2003,we have done 5 965 operations for children patients in our daytime out-patient surgical operation center. By means of enhancing the standardized management of hospital infection,safety consciousness,safety control and 'five preventive'-that is to prevent getting the wrong patients,prevent the children falling down from bed;prevent getting the wrong operation position;prevent using wrong medicine; prevent sewing needle,gauze leaving inside patients' body.This practice prevented the occurrence of all kinds of accidents,and the safety of all the children perioperatively.Prevented the unguarded thought because of simple operation and big workload.
