摘要
目的 进行有效的技能强化训练 ,促进护生尽快掌握护理基本操作技能。方法 首选无菌技术操作、皮试、静脉注射、吸氧、吸痰、导尿 6项操作作为训练内容 ,早期、有计划地分步实施。结果 调动了护生参加训练的积极性 ,通过考核验收 ,一次考试通过率为 95 %。结论 强化训练提高了护生的操作技能 ,护理部的组织管理工作起到了非常重要的作用。
Objective Through carrying out effective skill-strengthening training,to promote nursing students to master basic nursing technique as quickly as possible.Methods choosing the six operations of aseptic technique,intradermal injection,intravenous injection,oxygenic therapy,aspiration of sputum and catheterization as training contents,carrying out early and step by step according to plan.Results This practice aroused nursing students' enthusiasm to participate in training,and the passing rate of first examination was 95%.Conclusion This practice improved nursing students' basic nursing skills,and nursing department played an important pole in organization and management.
