摘要
婴儿抚触是通过医护人员或父母对婴儿非特定部位肌肤施以轻柔的爱抚。多年的国内外研究表明 ,抚触可促进婴儿的生长发育 ,提高机体的免疫反应性 ,同时也增进亲子感情 ,提高婴儿的情商。从抚触的研究历史、生理学基础、方法、时间、注意事项及对生长发育的影响几方面进行了综述 ,对抚触的推广应用和发展具有指导作用。
Infant touch refers to care non-special part of skin of infant with light and softly touch by medical personnel or parents. The domestic and international research suggested that the touch could promote the growth of infant,increase the immunity reaction of the human body,promote the feelings between parents and baby. This paper summarized the history of touch,physiological basis,methods,time,considerations and effect of touch on growth. It will play an important role in the clinical application.
