摘要
本文对我国高等教育的体制、制度进行了分析,提出高等教育跨越式发展面临着制度创新的紧迫课题;明确了政府和高校进行高等教育制度创新的原则和思路;指出了高等教育制度创新的指导思想、内容、已经取得的成绩和未来的发展趋势。这些内容为高等教育制度创新方面的研究提供了有益的参考。
This article analyses the higher education systems and institutions in China,and proposes that the great expansion of higher education in China is facing an urgentissue, which is the institutional innovation of the educational system. Principles and thoughts on the innovation of higher education systems in China are laid down for the government and higher education institutions; it proposes the guidelines, contents of institutional innovation, and sums up the achievements obtained and forecasts the trend in the future for the institutional innovation in higher education. These have all contributed to the search in higher education institutional innovation.
