摘要
花垣型高磷锰矿为我国一大类型锰矿。该类型锰矿含锰品位低,含磷高。本文根据“七五”富锰降磷攻关课题,阐述了采用强磁选富集锰—黑锰矿法除磷工艺的连续扩大试验研究结果;当原矿中Mn19.83%、PO.30%时,采用该流程可获得Mn40.15%、PO.147%(P/Mn0.0037),锰回收率达82.71%的合格锰精矿。
High phosphorus manganese ore of Huayuan style is a kind of low manganese and high phosphorus contained ore. This paper states the result of Continuous expansion experiment for dephosphorization process with HIMS enriching manganese-hausmannite; when Mn 19. 83%,P0. 30% was contained in crude ore, using this process, may obtains standard manganese concentrate with Mn 40. 15%,P0. 147%(P/Mn 0. 0037).
