对国内锰矿唯一具有深选工艺的合肥锰矿选矿厂的分级脱泥流程作了详细的介绍。对磨矿分级脱泥流程的重要性,试验室指标与工业生产指标的差异作了说明。对各种磨矿分级流程的演变、发展,进行了对比。最后指出了阶段磨选脱泥流程在工业生产中使用的前景,以及各种新设备、新技术采用的可能性。
The paper introduces in detail classification desliming process of zunyi manganese mineral concentration.The importance of grinding classification desliming process,and the differences between lab.index and industrial production index are explained.The evolution and development of various grinding classification process are compared.Finally,the paper points out the future of stage grinding concentration desliming process in industrial production and possi- bility of various new equipments,new technology to be applied.
