摘要
党的十六届三中全会的“决定”中提出 ,我国体育要脱开同卫生事业的历史性联合 ,转入文化范畴 ,这就表明体育的本质功能和根本任务的根本变化 ,也标志着体育体系的大革变 ,有其重要意义 ,其间当然存在许多理论和实践问题 ,需要我们认真探讨。
Following the decision made at the Third Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, China sports, separated from its traditional health field, should be transformed into cultural field. It means a fundamental transformation not only for sports' basic functions and tasks but for the entire sports system as well, which is certainly concerned with lots of theoretical and practical problem to be discussed about.
