上海地区白昼不同时间蝇类种群进笼变化观察 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用笼诱法对上海地区蝇类种群在各月的白昼不同时间和三种环境场所成蝇进笼数量变化进行观察和比较。结果表明:全年出现两个高峰,白昼不同时间成蝇进笼数呈正态分布;非住区环境场所成蝇进笼在时间上(早晚)比住区环境场所要各长一个时段。由于成蝇在自然光照度50Lux以下时基本不进笼(不活动关系),所以在以笼诱法作测定时,可从清晨6时起至晚8时止(14h),无需放置24h。 In present paper, an observation for a comparison of variation of trapping rate of common flies on the wing by means of baits trap method at daytime in different months at three different environmental sites in Shanghai was carried out.The trapped flies appeared two peaks in a year round.The numbers of flies obtained by baits trap monthly was nearly a cononical distribution in statistical sense. The time of that flies being entrapped was more advanced or more delayed an hour esch in the nonresidential environment than in the residential environment. When the natural light darker than 50 Luxes. flies were not so active, so that they almost had not been entrapped. We may conclude that it is sufficient to monitor the population of common flies by a baits trap method for 14 hours per day. i.e.from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and it is unnecessary to trap flies for allday, i.e.for 24 hours per day.
